Susan is a researcher for Horton International in the United States. She joined Horton in 2013 and has worked on a broad range of senior management searches across health care, supply chain, financial services, and manufacturing companies. Before joining the firm, Susan managed her own business, conducting market research and providing marketing consulting to companies located throughout the Midwest. Prior establishing her marketing consultancy, Susan was the director of marketing at Kraft Foods; she began her career in marketing at Boise Cascade.
