Luigi is a Managing Partner and has been active in executive search since 1995 when he founded Cosm Consulting, cooperating with Horton International Italy as Senior Partner. In October 2002 he co-founded Elan International, a new Executive Search company, where he managed the fashion and luxury goods practices.

In 2009 Luigi re-joined Horton International as Managing Partner in the manufacturing, retail, apparel & luxury goods practices.

Luigi’s experience focuses on fashion and luxury goods with many of the best Italian companies as his clients. He has completed key search assignements for CEOs, genral managers, directors and managers. His clientas include the most famopus fashion houses and companuies in sportswear and jeanswear, shoes and accessories.

Luigi has an extensive carrier in HR, which began after studying Law and training at Generali Assurance. Luigi’s professional experience began in 1973 with Sip S.p.A., today Telecom Italia. In 1979 he joined Italiana Manifatture Group ( POOH jeans, VALENTINO jeans, FERRE’ jeans ..) gaining experience in the fashion industry as a HR Director until 1995. Luigi also is involved in the economic development of his country, offering expertise as a member of Giunta of Confindustria Ascoli Piceno.
