Leo Dittmann Sr

Leo has been managing partner of Horton International in the Czech Republic since 1996 when the office was established. Before establishing his own practice in executive search and human resources development in 1991, he worked in technical and sales managerial positions in the Glass industry, Engineering and Government institutions. His fields of activities include applied psychology in executive search, team establishment, coaching and management training. He also is active in the field of personal diagnostics methods and personal audits.
