Started his career at General Motors do Brazil in Human Resources, moved to ABB Brazil to become its Human Resources Director, further on at ABB he became head of two companies operating in Brazil and in international markets.
Created, structured and became President/CEO of Votorantim International in Brazil and subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Italy, United States, Singapore and Curaçao. At Votorantim Group he was also President/CEO of VPI (initially a joint venture with ABB Brazil).
Moved to Albany, NY where he became President/CEO of Von Roll Isola Americas and Asia. He was also a member of the group board responsible globally for the hitech materials division.
Back to Brazil he was engaged in business development and financial projects for sugar/ethanol, agribusiness, oil and gas, energy and related businesses.
During the last 6 years worked as consulting partner of Transearch International in Brazil, coordinated Latam and was a member of the group global board.
Actively participated in proceedings related to implementation, restructuring, startups, acquisition, M&A, selling of companies in Brazil and in the international market.
Worked for family, private and public medium and large international or local companies, acting in management services, automotive, energy, industrial equipment, international trading, pulp and paper, chemicals, metals, agribusiness, hi tech materials and others.
His experience and competencies enables him to assist national and international companies, understanding in deep their culture, business and specific needs, during phases of implementation, expansion, M&A, management, executive teams set up and related.
He deals with customers in English, German, and Spanish languages besides his native Portuguese.
