Arlindo has over thirty years of experience in senior executive search and assessments acquired in Europe and in the Americas. His expertise lies in Management Assessments and in Senior Searches for strategic positions in manufacturing, cosmetics/FMCG, professional services, food and agribusiness.
Arlindo was a consultant and then a partner at Egon Zehnder International for almost twenty years. He worked for them in Paris, Madrid and Milan and then later in Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Mexico where he was country manager.
In the 90’s, he created his own “consulting boutique” in executive search and assessment and then became a partner of Horton International where he developed operations in Brazil and Latin America.
In 2004, Arlindo merged his company, AMC International, with Transearch where he was a consulting partner until 2016.
He holds an engineering degree in Brazil and an MBA from INSEAD. He started his career as an Industrial Engineer having worked in Brazil, UK and Germany before moving to a career in executive search.
Arlindo is responsible for coordinating the contacts with international clients and assists his clients in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish, besides his native Portuguese.
